Pipe Dream Bakery was established in 2021 by Michelle Caronna, but Michelle's story starts long before then. Michelle first discovered her love for baking in her early 20's and graduated from Lincoln Culinary Institute with a degree in International Baking and Pastry in 2011. Since then, she has worked in many kitchen settings, including her own, cultivating her craft.
